Refund & Return Policy

At Hauntby, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- The product must include all original accessories (if any).

- You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.

We only accept returns if:

- You received a damaged product.

- You received the wrong item.

- The product has a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns for:

- Used or damaged products.

- Products returned after 30 days.

- Change of mind.

- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

How to Request a Return

Email us at contact@hauntby.store with:

- Your order number.

- The reason for the return.

- Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Please wait for our approval before sending the item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we sent the wrong or damaged product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result.

If approved:

- Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

- Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
